How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, email us at contact@falcongarage.us with your order number, product serial number (if available), and a brief description of the issue. Please include photos or videos for faster support.

Once submitted, we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to verify your warranty and process any replacement parts or service as quickly as possible.
