At Falcon Garage US, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy designed to be fair and simple — while respecting the size and shipping nature of garage equipment.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and freight costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed equipment
• Custom-ordered items or special configurations
• Products returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@falcongarage.us with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after return confirmation.
