Shipping & Delivery Information

At Falcon Garage US, we aim to deliver your auto lift or garage equipment as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. We offer fast and insured delivery services across the continental United States.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and the size of the equipment.

Delivery Carriers

We work with trusted freight partners and logistics companies experienced in handling heavy-duty equipment. For smaller items, UPS or FedEx may be used.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status. If your product is shipped via freight, you’ll be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a drop-off window.

Freight Delivery Notes

Most lift products are shipped via LTL freight and require someone to be available to receive and unload the equipment. A liftgate is provided when needed, and curbside delivery is standard. Inside delivery is not included unless requested.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
