What is the average delivery time for auto lifts?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method.

Do your lifts come with a warranty?

Yes! All lifts include manufacturer warranties ranging from 1–5 years depending on the component. Full details can be found on our Warranty Page.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes. We provide installation guidance for DIY customers and can connect you with certified installers in your area. Visit our Installation Support page to learn more.

Can I return a lift if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the lift is unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. See our Returns Policy for full terms.

Will I receive tracking info after purchase?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For large freight deliveries, the carrier will also contact you to schedule a drop-off time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Financing is also available on eligible products.

What are the ceiling height requirements for a 2-post lift?

Most 2-post lifts require at least 11–12 feet of ceiling clearance. Check the product specs or contact us for model-specific requirements.

Do you ship outside the USA?

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
